Your FHA case number appears on closing documents such as the Closing Disclosure or settlement statement and on some servicer statements. The date it was assigned decides which MIP duration rule applies. If you cannot find it, ask your servicer in writing which MIP rule applies to your loan and when, if ever, it ends.
